Elizabeth French

M.H.Sc. [Osteo], B.Sc [Clin]

Registered Osteopath

Qualified Pilates Instructor

I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my interaction with clients. I believe in a holistic approach to treatment, integrating osteopathic principles with evidence-based practices to promote wellness and recovery. My focus is on understanding the individual needs of each patient, developing tailored treatment plans that enhance their overall health and functional mobility.

I am originally from Tasmania and studied in Melbourne. I have worked in Sydney and Christchurch before returning home in 2021. Since then, I became a mother and am currently working part-time after maternity leave. My experience in motherhood sparked my interest in treating pregnant patients and conditions related to pregnancy.

I work with people of all ages, from children to the elderly, at various activity levels. My background in rowing has fueled my passion for helping athletes, especially with injury recovery. I believe in a holistic approach that combines hands-on treatment with personalized lifestyle and exercise advice for the best recovery and to prevent future pain and injuries. I also use Pilates-based exercises to support my patients' rehabilitation.
